No one in this city wants to listen to me.

Oh, they all make a show of it, and they find me very charming. But when I sit down at that table and join them as peer and equall, why, I may as well be invisible.

I'm sure if I spoke to any of them, or mentioned it to Westa, they'd all say the same thing: it's because I'm new. I'm green. I'm inexperienced. I don't understand Razen, and I don't understand Atsiria, not yet. Give it time.

But it would all be a lie, even if they thought it wasn't.

It's because I'm a man.

Ah, now, Gideon Eshene, I do hope you don't find me overly prying and pestering, but your predicament did sit with me and I can't help but need to know if you've set about putting it to rights, yet.

Have you found a suitable Atsirian translation of Hamlet, yet? And if so, have you finished it? Started it, even?
